Lips, don’t forget about them. They are prone to painful sunburns just like your face. A full day in the sun, cold air and windy conditions can lead to chapped, cracked and sore lips. Use a lip balm or chapstick with broad-spectrum sun protection. Reapply every two hours. Avoid shiny lipsticks or glosses because they attract UV light.
